The lady vet I saw (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly attentive and kind. My cat had an accident on the way to the clinic, and she kindly cleaned his carrier and placed a puppy pad inside so he wouldn’t have to travel home in his own urine. She was very patient and explained clearly what might be causing my cat’s symptoms. It was evident that she truly cares about the animals she treats, and I was very impressed by her professional yet gentle manner. Also, the receptionist and nurse, who assisted the vet, were very friendly and approachable.

Usually avoid going to the vet where possible for fear of a sales pitch and attempt to extract money. Rachael was however excellent, clearly cared about our dog, was very thorough and provided a number of solutions to help.

First time here with my two dogs. Lovely people Rachel was so nice with the animals. Was running late but they were fine about it. A lot cheaper than our previous vets too

Medivet Oldham Chadderton is the best vets I have taken my pets to. The staff are very welcoming, helpful and informative. The vetinary staff have a love for animals and worked wonders putting my dog at ease, as he is very anxious at the vets. Would highly recommend this practice.

Have had my other 2 cats here before and they are beyond amazing. However, wanted to give my massive thanks to Rachel. She has seem myself and shadow twice for vaccinations and check up. Rachel is always so kind and works up trust with Shadow. Rachel is always smiley, always talks through the procedure and provides lots of treats for shadow, he is always so calm with her!! We want to give our massive thanks again to Rachel and the team for all their hard work!! ❤️
