Fantastic staff who care ! That is everyone , the vets, the nurses and the reception staff. Normally able to get an appointment when needed especially when I needed an emergency appointment. We have always felt welcome and have complete faith and trust that our dogs are in very safe hands . Thank you 😊 Would recommend going to this vets and joining the monthly plan, well worth the monthly fee. Practical stuff- There is only a small car park can sometimes be very busy so allow plenty of time to arrive for appointments and make sure you enter car registration when inside.

Always look after the dogs and always get an oppiontment..my poor sunnys nose is sore..i would like to thank Jamie for his continued serport..he is a lovely .Hard working. Amazing staff throughout! Reception staff always kind and welcoming, vets and nurses very professional but show care and kindness. Took amazing care of Luna and even performed very risky surgery to removed her kidney. While Luna didn’t live much longer we know the vets and nurses did everything they could for her! We will forever be grateful! Took my cat Dennis today and as always he was well taken care of! Would recommend this place to anyone

We’ve been using Animal Trust in Failsworth (Manchester) for several years now, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, from the amazing reception team right through to all of the vets. Both of my dogs genuinely feel at ease visiting this practice. I would like to give a special thank you to Georgina. She is amazing with our dog Bear, who is very wary of new people. She always makes us feel at ease, explains everything clearly so we fully understand, and always goes out of her way to build a connection with him. It’s reassuring to know he is receiving the best possible care and building trust whilst attending the vets. I feel confident he is in safe hands.
